Icon’s New Fall 2011 Helmet Line

Icon Alliance Shakki

With the same technical features as previous Icon Alliance helmets, the Icon Alliance Shakki has no shortage of Japanese influence. In my opinion this is one of the best looking Icon helmets so far. This helmet means business, depicting several ancient Japanese mythological characters it’s sure to never fade into the background. Dominating one side, the Shinto God Fujin intimidates and has the intention to destroy while armed with his mighty bag of wind. Keeping Fujin company is The Monk Mongaku pictured withstanding an ice cold waterfall, which represents endurance because of  his physical and mental perseverance. Ruler of the other side is Raijin the God of rain, with the ability to create piercing showers and deafening thunder, you do not want to get on his bad side. Joining Raijin is Kintaro, the Japanese mythological symbol for bravery shown wrestling a giant carp. You’ll channel the power of these Japanese characters when you rock the brand new Shakki helmet.

Icon Alliance Harbinger

Just when you thought death had been done to death – we went ahead and drew this. The Harbinger. Pronounced Har-Binge-Er, his toothy grin is but a sly reminder of every mans eventual fate. Scythe at the ready, he reaps what others have sowed. The final harvest. If this is your style of graphic, you will absolutely love this lid. If it isnt, please address your vitriolic disdain to our home office at rideicon.com. Drawing skulls is our business, and business is ridiculous.

Icon Alliance Enchanted

Legend has it, there once was a man who made LSD in his bathtub. Just as he finished the last step, he slipped on the floor mat and fell in to his home brewed psychadelic primer. He spent the rest of his life unable to communicate with the outside world because his voice had become a beam of energy which could only communicate through the interpretive motions of cats. He became the universe, he had deep conversations with inanimate objects, he flew so fast that light could not escape his harmonic vibrations, the garden was his dancing partner and the sun was his instrument. His story paints a picture that could never be told with words alone.

Icon Alliance Torrent

The Torrent graphics are bombed across the side of the virgin Alliance shell. Tagged and dripping, the cranial fracas screams for attention. A remix from the Icon shells of yesteryear, the Torrent barks it profane ideology at 150 bpm. Gritty street slang executed with monochromatic aplomb. Can you dig it?
